Natalia Aponte
I fell in love with fitness a little over 10 years ago, which led me to eventually become a personal and group fitness trainer, zumba instructor and bodybuilder competitor. However, it wasn't until I began focusing on my nutrition, eating clean healthy meals and practicing self-love, when I started to see great changes: physically, mentally and spiritually.
Aside from the physical changes, I felt more energetic, my moods became brighter, my mind clearer, and I eventually became in sync with myself that allowed me to improve in my professional, personal and academic pursuits and goals.
You see, I trained before, but didn’t focus on nutrition and self-love. Yet when these two became a primary focus alongside training, then I found the results from within. I realized how I, and way too many of us take for granted THE POWER OF EATING HEALTHY and PRACTICING SELF-LOVE!
This is why I not only offer training programs or meal plans to get you to your goal faster but I also offer the "Lifestyle Transformation" and the "Manifesting a healthier YOU" coaching packages.
And it is because I have experienced the beauty of self-love, and how every healthy choice we make impacts our lives that I want to bestow the knowledge and awareness for all my clients.
